Goals
- Pack 1,200 kits (hats, gloves, socks, blankets, hygiene items).
- Deliver to 8 distribution points across Coles County within 48 hours.
- Fund a winter emergency micro‑grant pool of $15,000.
Schedule
Venue: Mattoon Community Center, 1000 S 9th St, Mattoon, IL.
Volunteer Roles: line leads, kit quality control, drivers, registration, Spanish/Arabic outreach.
